👋 Hello there, I'm Rafa (or Haffa). 🙋🏻‍♀️

I'm a Brazilian 🇧🇷 creative director based in Brooklyn 🇺🇸. With more than two hands full of years (🙌) working along with very nice people, I’ve been translating business strategy into brands and effective campaigns, winning new business, and producing award-winning work at advertising agencies.

I'm an art director who does design, and a designer who does art direction. After a while, I realised that I don't know how to separate them very well.

I just love making beautiful things. ✨❤️✨

Recently, I transitioned to the non-profit sector, leveraging my skills, expertise, and creativity as tools for social good. Experiencing a wide range of projects across different sectors led me to a unique career path.

As a manager, I foster relationships that keep clients and teams motivated with good energy and enthusiasm for making things happen. My impact on the creative process is noticed by prioritizing efficiency in humanized workflows while crafting compelling stories that creates cultural change.

As a person, creativity is not only part of my job, but a big piece of my identity, touching all aspects of my lifestyle. I'm always creating something on the side, from photography to sketching to writing and recording music.

I'm always curious about what people have to say. 💬 Even when it comes to UFOs, quantum physics, sustainable farming, gourmet coffee and horses, of course. 👽🛸☕️🐎
